- If you are looking for more information about a campaign that you are currently opted in to, reply to one of the messages you have received with the word
HELP
in the body of the message. - To opt out of any campaign and stop future messages from being sent to your phone, simply reply to any of the messages you have received with the word
STOP
in the body of the message. - If you have previously replied
STOP
and are still receiving messages, please email us at support@mogreet.com or call us at 1-877-261-8548. If you e-mail us, please be sure to provide us with:- Your Name
- Your Mobile number
- The phone number or shortcode the message(s) came from
- The content of the message(s)
